Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral therapy using evidence-based interventions with individuals in-home or in-community setting
  • Collect and record accurate data
  • Complete daily progress notes
  • Support the family and other caregivers in implementing the behavioral support strategies.
  • Assist the behavior analyst in developing reports and conducting assessments upon request
  • Participate in meetings as requested by the behavior analyst
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all work-related environments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred) in psychology, education, social work, liberal arts, social science, business or any similarly related field. New college graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • If not currently an RBT, Complete 40-hour coursework (we provide this training for free)
  • Must be able to complete any additional training provided online or face-to-face.
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must follow recommendations by the supervising BCBA, maintain communication and update progress

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
