Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker in the state of Nevada
• Experience working in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, or complex healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to pass a fingerprint based background check.
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Position Summary: The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of our facility’s Social Services in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,320.00 per year
