Mercy Plus Autism Services is quickly growing and looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our ABA team! If you are a graduate of a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) accredited college and have a current certification through the BACB, apply now!

Our mission at Mercy Plus is to create equitable and socially valid change for the individuals and families we serve, using evidence-based practices, to maximize each child’s potential. Our BCBA's are responsible for supervising the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services administered to clients by behavior technicians and conducting behavioral assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and train direct staff to ensure treatment fidelity and quality of service.
