The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of the organization—ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed services for survivors while maintaining financial health, community partnerships, and organizational sustainability.

This role is ideal for someone who is both mission-driven and operationally skilled, capable of guiding a team with empathy and building meaningful relationships across diverse communities and stakeholders.

Compensation details: 75000-100000 Yearly Salary
