Position Overview:

The Patient Care Coordinator & Marketing Specialist is an essential role that encompasses the management of daily administrative tasks, the support in the development and execution of marketing strategies, and the provision of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proficient in multitasking, thrive within a positive work environment, and excel in patient interactions. This is a Part-Time position with significant opportunity to advance to full time.

Hours: Mon, Tues, Thur and Friday 1pm-6pm. Wednesday 11am-7pm

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Facing Duties:

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and phone inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with clinical staff
  • Explain basic insurance terminology and patient financial responsibilities as needed

Marketing & Sales:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services
  • Engage in community outreach and patient education initiatives
  • Track marketing performance and suggest improvements
  • Communicate with patients to inform them about the treatment process.

Customer Service:

  • Provide clear, empathetic communication and resolve patient concerns
  • Maintain a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Proven background in marketing, sales, or customer service
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is highly desirable

Skills:

  • Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with office software and marketing tools is a plus

Insurance Knowledge Requirement:

  • Applicants should respond to the following situations when applying to the position:
  • HMO vs. PPO: Please describe the difference between a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).
  • Copay vs. Coinsurance: Explain the difference between a copay and coinsurance.
  • Deductible: Provide a clear explanation of what a deductible is.
