We are currently seeking a BCBA Case Supervisor who is open to working evenings and enjoys working with adults, without being overloaded or burned out.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and provide clinical guidance and mentorship
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Write bi-annual progress reports
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and funding guidelines
• Promote skill acquisition and behavior support for adult clients in home and community settings
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a collaborative care environment

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience or strong interest in working with adults
• Availability for afternoon and evening hours (exact times flexible)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary and/or Hourly rates commensurate with experience, education, and credentials

• Auto stipend $25 per day, no need to track mileage (and minimal driving)
