About Job

We are a rapidly growing private practice in Cherry Hill seeking licensed mental health professionals to work with individuals and families in an outpatient setting. We are experiencing high demand for children's services and looking for caring and motivated clinicians to join a tight knit team of clinically like-minded peers.

Practice provides services to adults, children, and couples. Common disorders we treat include: Depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, marital conflict and PTSD.

We are looking for a commitment of at least 25 patient contact hours per week, with a minimum 4 day workweek. This includes evening hours to accomodate client availability.

A Brighter Tomorrow is looking to build a team of licensed clinicians that are proactive and able to work independently, possess excellent judgment, boundaries, and ethical decision-making skills, yet be adaptive to the needs of our patients.

Must possess license to practice independently in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, LMFT) and be open to working with children beginning at age 7.

Looking forward to discussing our mission of providing more than just hope for our clients further with you soon.
