Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Multiple Cities in NJ (Freehold, Hanover Ave Morristown, Madison Ave Morristown, Cherry Hill, Elizabeth)
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities & Duties

· Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients

· Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop treatment plans

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care

· Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards

· Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development

Qualifications & Skills

· Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field like Counseling, Social Work, Psychology.

· Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of NJ

· At least 2 years of experience providing therapy services

· Experience working with diverse populations.

· Strong understanding of family systems theory.

• Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, and behavior management.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
