Overview:
- In-person (some remote work included)
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; Remote days available
- Compensation: $50-$60/hr
- Start date: Flexible
Responsibilities:
Supervision
- Commute between schools and/or districts to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Assessment and Analysis
- Assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Direct Provider Support
- Provide ongoing training and case support for RBTs and other support staff.
Collaboration
- Work closely with case managers, teachers, and behavioral health teams to ensure cohesive care.
Physical Demands
- Ability to run and stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
- Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Requirements:
- Active BCBA credential (please include certification number on your resume)
- Master’s Degree
- Pass background check and fingerprinting for some districts
