Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital is hiring an on call/part time Psychologist to join our medical team.

Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital is a 120-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital located in Tacoma, Washington. We are Department of Health and Joint Commission accredited. We are an acute care psychiatric hospital providing care to both voluntary and involuntary patients.

Position information:
The staff Psychologist is one of the clinical leaders of the Doctoral Training Program and the Psychological Services Department. Position is responsible for performing and supervising psychological testing and assessment for inpatient, residential and outpatient patients. Staff Psychologist is a member of the medical staff.

The Psychologist provides consultations to colleagues and other disciplines, provides training on topics within the Psychologist’s scope of practice, and conducts other clinical, administrative, and leadership activities as assigned.

We offer competitive pay:

• Hourly: $45.85-68.25 depending on experience
• Paid Time Off - You will accrue Paid Sick and Safe Leave at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. Paid Sick leave cannot be used until 90 days after your hire date.

• Doctoral Degree in Psychology (Psy.D or Ph.D.)

• Washington state license as Psychologist
• Basic Life Support Card through American Red Cross or American Heart Association

• Two (2) years experience with adults in a behavioral health setting is required.
