Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Familiarity with educational policies and procedures regarding student support

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop appropriate behavioral interventions
