About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide remote counseling services to K-12 students in Dearborn, Michigan. In this role, you will support students academic, emotional, and social well-being, addressing challenges they may face in a virtual learning environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide virtual counseling services to students dealing with academic, emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.

• Work closely with parents, teachers, and school teams to develop strategies that promote students' well-being and academic success.

• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and provide tailored interventions.

• Collaborate with educators to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.

• Participate in IEP meetings and offer insights on students' social-emotional needs.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Michigans educational regulations.

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan licensure as a Social Worker.

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW).

• At least two years of experience as a Social Worker (teletherapy experience preferred).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working remotely with students, parents, and school teams.
