Job Description:
THe ITD Group LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in our Conyers clinic. As an In-Clinic BCBA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement these plans within our clinic setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the positive growth and development of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Develop and implement data collection systems to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients as needed, demonstrating best practice techniques.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review client progress, discuss treatment strategies, and ensure consistent implementation of BIPs.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with company policies and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
- Experience supervising RBTs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic data collection and record-keeping systems [Optional: Specify any software proficiency].
