We are seeking a versatile and mission-driven Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with experience in psychiatric care who is equally passionate about primary care. This is a dual-focus position with balanced responsibilities across primary care and psychiatry. The right candidate will be energized by the opportunity to support both the physical and mental health needs of their patients—building strong, lasting relationships in a hybrid care model that includes both virtual and in-person visits.

About the Role - Provide comprehensive care for a balanced panel of patients, delivering both psychiatric and primary care services. Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. Deliver preventive care, manage chronic conditions, and support patients' overall physical health. Collaborate closely with Ascend's board-certified psychiatrist, primary care physicians, care coordinators, and clinical support teams. Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultations with our psychiatric leadership. Deliver care in a hybrid model, balancing virtual visits with in-person engagement based on patient needs. Contribute to a culture of innovation, flexibility, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

Pay range and compensation package -

• Guaranteed starting base pay of $140,000 + bonus pay

What You'll Need:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Georgia licensure
• Demonstrated experience in both psychiatric and primary care settings, ideally within outpatient or community-based models
• Strong comfort level managing patients across both domains of care
• Ability to work independently while valuing team collaboration and clinical supervision
• Openness to evolving workflows and responsibilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Passion for relational care and reducing stigma around mental health
