this position is for a private practice in Rialto, California. Our office is located in Rialto, California. I am looking for a therapist who is willing to do a hybrid work schedule and enjoys working with children with a positive go-getter attitude. This position is for a first-time registrant, AMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. You will always be treated with respect, as I believe Interns do amazing work and will always treat you the way I want to be treated.

I will encourage licensure and will guide and assist you however I can.

10 client minimum

- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client's mental health status
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Provide clinical counseling and support to individuals experiencing PTSD or other trauma-related conditions

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ability to apply it in a therapeutic setting
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques to effectively manage high-stress situations
- Experience with diagnostic evaluation methods to accurately assess client needs
- Ability to work with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting
- Excellent clinical counseling skills to provide effective therapy sessions
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards and ability to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with PTSD care and trauma-focused interventions
