Qualifications
- Specialist degree or higher in School Psychology
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students, demonstrating effective assessment and intervention strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Ability to provide culturally responsive practices
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and provide comprehensive reports
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
- Provide short-term counseling and support to students, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide practices
