Winchester School District is seeking a 1.0FTE Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

• The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for successfully conducting applied behavior analysis and therapy with students.
• Supervision, training and conduction of therapy using best practices and implement changes as students’ needs change based on the data and changing needs of each person hands-on experience provide better direction.
• Complete Assessments of students including Functional Behavioral Assessments, development of Behavioral Intervention Plans, focused program development to improve instruction, direct behavior analysis and services. This generating behavioral intervention plans, monitoring process, collecting and analyzing data, and changing objectives as needed and completing appropriate paperwork.
• Review required BIP and Discrete Trial programs with new employees.
• Assist school-based staff with development of Discrete Trial Curriculum and programming materials
• Set up and maintain data collection systems for Discrete Trial Curriculum
• Supervises and supports direct service providers/staff (i.e. teachers, psychologists, teaching assistants etc.) in the collection and documentation of data

Must hold a valid BCBA certification

Master's plus 3 years experience
