The Insurance Contracting Admin plays a critical role for Level Four Insurance Agency by working to secure and validate agent licenses, contracts and appointments for all of our lines – Life, Health, Annuities & Medicare. They are responsible for gathering all necessary requirements to establish contractual relationships between agents and carriers. This position requires a Data Entry Superhero; in other words, a Critical Thinker – someone who can spot unusual information and pivot or ask questions accordingly; someone who understands the importance of the data being processed and how each element impacts the agent, the client and our Agency.
Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Insurance Contracting Admin are:
- Validate producer license
- Work with producer to complete carrier contracts
- Help producer locate all AML and CE requirements needed for appointment
- Work with the carriers to complete appointments on a timely basis
- Document and communicate details of appointment once complete
- Respond to all requests for information from both Advisors and Carriers in a timely manner
- Additional duties as required
Required
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Proactive and professional communication skills
- Knowledge of Insurance Contracting processes
- Knowledge of Surance Bay
- Knowledge of Agency Integrator
