Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clinics with preauthorizations, scheduling, billing, and appointment management
• Ensure patients stay compliant with treatment and follow-up
• Support attorneys with case-related questions
• Optimizes patient compliance through recall system

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
• Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
• Training will be provided
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience in healthcare or case management (a plus!)
