The pay range for this position is $65,500 - $119,500 based on experience, and/or license

Responsibilities

Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Oversees daily activities of assigned mental health and/or addictions clinicians
Plans, assigns, directs, and reviews work of mental health therapists
Ensures compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
Monitors quality assurance and clinical documentation standards

RequirementsClinical Supervisor I

Master’s degree from an accredited university in psychology, sociology, or a related human services field
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience delivering clinical services
Prior supervisory experience preferred

Clinical Supervisor II

Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
3 years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred
