- The pay range for this position is $65,500 - $119,500 based on experience, and/or license

- Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Oversees daily activities of assigned mental health and/or addictions clinicians
- Plans, assigns, directs, and reviews work of mental health therapists
- Ensures compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
- Monitors quality assurance and clinical documentation standards
- Master’s degree from an accredited university in psychology, sociology, or a related human services field
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience delivering clinical services
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred
