Our team is passionate about providing “Water You Can Trust,” and we are growing fast. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our operations team.


Position Summary:


The Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our technicians and ensuring seamless service operations. You will be responsible for scheduling service calls, communicating with customers, preparing work orders, and assisting in follow-up procedures. This role also includes light collections work, including contacting customers with past-due invoices and helping maintain healthy accounts receivable. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through are critical.


Key Responsibilities:


• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on customer needs and geographic efficiency

• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, gather system information, and provide updates

• Create and manage work orders in our CRM (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

• Monitor job progress and ensure all paperwork and job completion notes are accurately submitted

• Follow up on service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate any necessary return visits

• Perform light collections, including making reminder calls or emails for past-due balances and documenting communication

• Work with the Operations Manager to resolve billing disputes and escalate unresolved collection issues

• Maintain accurate customer records and update system documentation as needed

• Assist with inventory tracking for service-related equipment and parts


Qualifications:


• Prior experience in a customer service, administrative, or scheduling role (experience in plumbing, HVAC, or water treatment industry preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software

• Comfortable discussing outstanding balances and following up professionally on overdue invoices

• High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and managers
