Your Role as a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA):

As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) at Accel Therapies, you will be crucial in ensuring the effective implementation of individualized treatment plans and programs for your clients. Your core responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  • Providing expert clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
  • Delivering effective and empowering parent/caregiver training.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures while representing Accel Therapies professionally.
  • Implementing treatment plans with fidelity and meticulously tracking and collecting data on client progress.
  • Contributing to the development of our evidence-based practices through our internal curriculum and resources.
  • Participating in essential organizational functions such as quality assurance and staff training initiatives.
  • Maintaining a consistent caseload of 30 billable hours per week.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven ability to provide effective supervision and parent training across various settings, including center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments.
  • Efficient utilization of Company iPads and Laptops for internal communication, data management, clinical notes, scheduling, and other necessary applications.
  • Adaptability to work effectively in diverse indoor and outdoor environments, including clients' homes, community locations, schools, and our centers.
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to actively contribute to our positive and supportive office culture. Join us in the office – we value teamwork!
  • Competence in managing aggressive behaviors and monitoring client movement to ensure the safety of both clients and providers.
  • Successful completion of a TB test, provision of required immunizations, and a clear background check.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
  • A valid and active certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
  • A clear passion for the principles of ABA and a genuine commitment to helping clients and their families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds on occasion.
  • Must be able to access and navigate all departments within the organization’s facilities.
