You'll collaborate with experts in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Information Technologies, Integrated Transformer Management, and Human Resources to develop and manage comprehensive training content. How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Design and standardize training curriculums to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update course content.

  • Align training materials with industry standards and organizational goals.

  • Build and maintain comprehensive job profiles for various roles.

  • Define and document skill requirements for each job profile.

  • Manage the development and delivery of diverse training programs.

  • Implement training assessments to measure program effectiveness.

  • Engage with global and regional stakeholders to align training initiatives.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • 7+ years of experience in training program development or curriculum management.

  • Experience in Lean Management, Marketing & Sales, and Information Technologies.

  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant operational software.

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

  • Strong instructional design and content development skills.
