How You'll Make an Impact:
Design and standardize training curriculums to ensure consistency and compliance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update course content.
Align training materials with industry standards and organizational goals.
Build and maintain comprehensive job profiles for various roles.
Define and document skill requirements for each job profile.
Manage the development and delivery of diverse training programs.
Implement training assessments to measure program effectiveness.
Engage with global and regional stakeholders to align training initiatives.
Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
7+ years of experience in training program development or curriculum management.
Experience in Lean Management, Marketing & Sales, and Information Technologies.
Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant operational software.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Strong instructional design and content development skills.
