Job Description: Sales Team Lead (STL)

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead (STL) for our location in Overland, MO. The ideal candidate will be sales oriented, outgoing, and willing to learn. No previous jewelry experience is required, but a passion for sales and customer service is a must. The STL will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service. The ability to work weekends is required for this position.
