Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Direct-Hire Opportunity
Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
Location: On-site at campus health centers, with required travel to off-site and satellite locations
Position Summary:
We are seeking qualified and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide short-term behavioral health services to a diverse student population. In this role, you will deliver direct clinical care, including individual psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral assessments. You will work closely with a team of healthcare providers, including medical assistants and reception staff, within a school-based health center environment.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with both full-time and part-time options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver short-term behavioral health treatment (6–12 sessions/day)
- Conduct 30-minute individual therapy sessions
- Provide services via in-person, telehealth, walk-ins, and crisis intervention
- Handle emergency or crisis situations professionally and effectively
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per HIPAA and agency standards
- Collaborate with campus medical staff and other support personnel
- Utilize expertise in working with youth and families, including those with PTSD and developmental disabilities
Qualifications:
- Master's in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Current LCSW license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a child/family setting (internships may count toward this requirement)
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse and underserved populations
- Must possess an insured personal vehicle and be willing to travel to off-site and satellite clinic locations
- Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills
Schedule Options:
Full-Time (40 hours/week):
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-site at a campus health center
Part-Time (16 hours/week):
- 2 days per week
- Flexible scheduling within standard clinic hours
