Qualification :- Applicant must have 3 years experience working individuals with intellectual disabilities and AA degree in Human Services or Bachelors degree in Human Services.

Duties

Researching and presenting to individual we serve and family generic resources to support there needs and Coordinating same to ensure their resources are successfully accessed and effective to suit their needs. Example below but not limited

- SSI Application

-Health Insurance Registration

-IHSS Application

-Cal-Fresh Application

-Generic Transportation Resources

-Research Medical Diagnosis

-Coordinating all services received by individual and family

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience with team management or supervision is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is preferred but not required

-Bilingual candidate needed.
