Your Role as a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA):
As a BCBA at Accel Therapies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of individualized treatment plans and programs for your clients. Your fundamental responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments.
- Providing expert clinical supervision to behavior technicians and program supervisors.
- Delivering effective parent and caregiver training.
- Maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
- Supporting the development of empirically based intervention methods through our internal curriculum and clinical resources.
- Contributing to essential functions such as quality assurance and staff training.
- Maintaining a consistent caseload of 30 billable hours per week.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures while representing Accel Therapies professionally.
- Implementing treatment plans with fidelity and meticulously tracking and collecting data to monitor client progress.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven ability to provide effective supervision and parent training across various settings, including center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments.
- Efficient utilization of Company iPads and Laptops for internal communication, data management, clinical notes, scheduling, and other necessary applications.
- Adaptability to work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments, including homes, community settings, schools, and our centers.
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to actively contribute to our positive and supportive office culture. Join us in the office – we value teamwork!
- Competence in managing aggressive behaviors and monitoring client movement to ensure the safety of both clients and providers.
- Successful completion of a TB test, provision of required immunizations, and passing a background check.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
- A valid and active certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required.
- Demonstrated interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
- A clear passion for the principles of ABA and a genuine commitment to helping clients and their families achieve meaningful progress.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to access and navigate all departments within the organization’s facilities.
