Part-Time BCBA Opportunity – Multidisciplinary Pediatric Clinic (St. Petersburg, FL)
Pay: $55–$65/hour (based on experience)

Are you a passionate BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and collaborative environment? Our small, but growing multidisciplinary pediatric clinic in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as we grow.

We specialize in early intervention for children ages 2–6, offering ABA, speech, and occupational therapy in a team-based setting that values communication, compassion, and clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
• Develop and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide supervision and mentorship to a dedicated and skilled team of RBTs
• Deliver parent training and caregiver support
• Supervise an Analyst in Training (AIT) and support their professional development
• Collaborate with other disciplines to support holistic care

What We’re Looking For:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with young children in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
