Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is a respected provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to making a real difference in the lives of children with autism. Position Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes. You’ll play a key role in fostering growth and independence by helping children develop essential life skills and encouraging positive behavior through structured, engaging sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, hands-on support during daily routines, play, and community outings
• Encourage the development of independence and skills during every therapy session
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Accurately document behavior data, session notes, and client progress
• Stay in regular contact with your supervisor and attend required training sessions
• Ensure the safety and confidentiality of each client while following HIPAA regulations
• Assist with light household tasks or transportation, when necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active (kneeling, standing, sitting on the floor)
• Comfortable commuting up to 30 minutes to client locations
• Willing to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days—training provided
• Must clear a criminal background check
