Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Location: Greenfield, NH | Program: Crotched Mountain School, a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire

Join a dynamic, mission-driven team supporting children ages 5–21 with autism, developmental, and intellectual disabilities in a unique, therapeutic school setting. As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you’ll provide direct and consultative therapeutic services, design behavior support plans, train staff, and help students build meaningful skills for life.

Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group therapy
- Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Train staff to implement therapeutic strategies
- Maintain clear, timely documentation

Qualifications:

What You Bring

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
Professional licensure is required (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW preferred)
Experience with developmental disabilities and behavior intervention
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 25 lbs
