Coordinators provide oversight to ensure that properties are preserved and maintained according to NFR's and customer's guidelines. These positions require coordination of information between various departments and customers. Ensuring all client expectations are met, coordinators provide documentation in the customers system of record.
The responsibilities include extensive contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in the field, working with cities and towns, performing data entry, and communicating both verbally and in writing. Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, have the ability to problem-solve, find resolutions while working in a high pressure and time sensitive environment.
