Business Development Leader

ISS Vertical Quality Solutions is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Leader to spearhead growth efforts across our expanding suite of services.
This is more than just a sales role. We're looking for a builder who will lead targeted sales campaigns, hire and develop a business development team, and help engineer scalable systems for long-term growth. You’ll be backed by full operational support, a strong leadership team, and a company culture rooted in performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
SALES & GROWTH INITIATIVE
- Launch and lead sales initiatives.
- Earn 8% commission on gross profits for all new business
- TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
- Create sales documentation, define KPIs, and implement scalable sales processes.
- Ability to use HubSpot and Zoom Info platforms
CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP & COMMUNICATION
- Act as the key link between sales and operations to ensure delivery excellence and scalability.
- Build strong, measurable communication flows to ensure operations meet customer expectations.
SERVICE EXCELLENCE & CLIENT RETENTION
- Ensure current and new clients receive world-class service.
- Track customer satisfaction and identify organic growth opportunities.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Implement personal and team growth plans with executive coaching.
- Champion a culture of development through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
- $52,000 base salary
- 8% commission on gross profits for new business (exceptions apply)
- $300 bi-weekly car allowance
- $18.50 bi-weekly phone allowance

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in business development or sales leadership
- Ability to build systems and processes from the ground up
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in staffing, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial services a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build something long-lasting
