We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 250-unit property, including the leadership of an on-site team. Position Summary:
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a 250-unit residential community, supervising all site staff, and ensuring smooth operations across leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily operations of a 250-unit residential property
Supervise and support on-site team members, including leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff
Maintain high occupancy through effective marketing, leasing, and resident retention strategies
Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease agreements and policies
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards
Handle tenant communications, complaints, and conflict resolution
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and produce regular financial and operational reports
Ensure compliance with local housing laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of property management experience, including supervisory responsibilities
Proven ability to manage large residential properties and lead staff effectively
Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, or similar)
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
