We’re looking for an Account Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Pompano Beach headquarters. In this role, you’ll help keep our financial systems running smoothly by processing payments, reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and industry standards.

What You’ll Do:

Process financial transactions with speed and accuracy
Reconcile accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
Maintain and organize financial records and reports
Support internal audits and compliance activities
Collaborate across teams to improve processes and service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or loan operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
High school diploma or GED (additional coursework or certifications are a plus)
Dependable, accountable, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented culture
Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday
