Job Summary
The Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client service delivery by overseeing service requests and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage a service coordinating team, collaborate with operations, and prioritize client satisfaction. The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resources, organizing schedules, and maintaining accurate business information to support operational efficiency and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

· Handle new, existing, renewal, and edited service tickets and proposals.

· Collaborate with Account Managers, operations, and management team to generate and finalize service tickets and proposals.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely follow-up and addressing concerns promptly.

· Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding the status of service tickets and proposals.

· Manage the scheduling and coordination of resources and services with the operations team, outside vendors, suppliers, and providers to fulfill service requests.

· Vendor and Staff Coordination:

· Provide direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of work.

· Address client concerns by collaborating with Account Managers and Operations to achieve satisfactory resolutions.

· Generate weekly updates on the status of open service tickets and proposals for departmental review.

· Attend department meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

· Manage emails and inquiries within the Service Coordinator Department.

· Assist with site-specific details and perform data entry tasks as necessary.

· Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of two years of Administrative Customer Service experience with a focus on communication, attention to detail, and data entry.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with multi-line phone systems.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across departments.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

· Effective leadership skills coupled with strong time management and organizational capabilities.

· Typing proficiency of 45+ words per minute.

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, multitask, and think critically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
