The Data Center team's HVAC Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the HVAC startup project team. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including scheduling, documentation, communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the project by providing essential support to the project team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling and Coordination:
- Manage and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with project team members and external stakeholders to schedule meetings, site visits, and deliveries.
- Manage project calendars and resources.
- Manage Work Orders and Appointments for each service request.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping:
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and reports.
- Collect, manage, and organize project-related documents and data.
- Maintain project files and records.
- Track and maintain work order reports, timecards, and invoicing.
- Communication and Customer Management:
- Communicate project updates and information to project team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Manage incoming inquiries and requests.
- Procurement and Logistics:
- Assist in procurement activities, including creating purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Coordinate parts and material deliveries.
- Manage project inventory.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including scheduling appointments, assist as needed with travel arrangements, and managing expenses.
- Assist with project budgeting and financial tracking.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Proficient in time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

- Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and data center environments (a plus).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (a plus).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field (construction, engineering).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- On-site
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.

Compensation details: 65000-85000 Yearly Salary
