Overview:
Little Champs ABA is a Health Care Organization dedicated to delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide individualized services in homes, schools, afor individuals up to 21 years of age, focusing on specific skills and behaviors. We take pride in providing exceptional quality of care.
We are seeking both full-time and part-time Clinical Psychologist Providers to conduct diagnostic evaluations for children who may have autism spectrum disorders (ASD). These evaluations not only determine diagnoses but also identify a child's strengths and weaknesses to guide appropriate treatment and intervention recommendations. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, analyze and interpret data, and write evaluation reports.
- Diagnose and provide treatment recommendations.
- Provide feedback to clients after evaluations have been completed.
Qualifications:
- Two-three years of experience in diagnosing ASD; postdoctoral experience may be included.
- Experience administering standardized diagnostic measures and autism spectrum assessment tools for diagnosing or ruling out autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities.
- Preferred experience in healthcare settings or the behavioral health field.
- Strong knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosing and treating neurodevelopmental disorders, including ASD.
- Experience completing psychological evaluations for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
- Training in evaluation tools such as ADOS-2, Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R), Diagnostic Interview for Social and Communication Disorders (DISCO), or other evidence-based tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and clinical writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Education:
- PsyD or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
License/Certification:
- Licensed as a psychologist in the state of Utah.
