To lead this journey, we’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Account Team Manager to guide, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Account Managers.
This is a people-first leadership role focused on empowering the team, enhancing operational performance, and building a foundation for long-term client success and account growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the team responsible for managing a high-volume of customer orders while building lasting client relationships.
- Coach with a focus on growth—supporting team members as they enhance both operational excellence and strategic customer engagement.
- Monitor and drive performance across key metrics like response time, accuracy, upsell activity, client retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, operations, and marketing—to optimize workflows and enhance the customer experience.
- Implement best practices for productivity, customer engagement, and pipeline management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve systems, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure a seamless experience for both team members and customers.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of our Account Management team and influencing broader customer lifecycle strategy.
