About Us
At KidSense Therapy Group, we are dedicated to empowering children and families to thrive. Our mission is to provide a warm, supportive environment where families can better understand their child’s developmental needs and nurture their full potential. Guided by evidence-based practices, we take a whole-child approach that values the critical role of family and emphasizes the power of play and interaction in learning and growth.

When you join KidSense Therapy Group, you become part of a passionate and collaborative team that includes occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and other mental health clinicians. We offer competitive salaries, a supportive workplace culture, and opportunities for long-term growth in a dynamic pediatric care environment.

This role is perfect for a professional with a strong commitment to pediatric mental health, collaboration, and helping families achieve meaningful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists to provide holistic, integrated care.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
  • Provide direct intervention in 1:1, small group, and larger group settings, both in-person and via teletherapy.
  • Use evidence-based techniques to support children in achieving emotional, behavioral, and developmental goals.
  • Educate and empower parents and caregivers with empathy, providing practical strategies to foster progress at home.
  • Monitor client progress and make dynamic adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, and evaluations, in accordance with company policy.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive, family-centered approach.

Why Join Us?

  • Collaborative Environment: Be part of a multidisciplinary team that values shared expertise and innovative solutions.
  • Professional Growth: Access ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities.
  • Mission-Driven Work: Make a meaningful impact on children’s lives in a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Supportive Culture: Enjoy a workplace where your contributions are valued, and your well-being is prioritized.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensure: Full licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC is required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in pediatric mental health is preferred, but professionals with a strong passion for working with children are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills & Traits:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, patience, and empathy.
