We are currently seeking licensed and certified counselors as well as counselor interns to join our team.
- Job Description: We are looking for licensed and certified counselors (LCADC, CADC, LPC, LAC, LSW, or LCSW (Preferred)) and Counselor Interns (Masters Level) who are passionate about helping individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to providing culturally sensitive care, with a preference for Spanish-speaking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
· Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy to clients with addiction and mental health issues.
· Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups.
· Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for clients.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest research and treatment modalities in the field of addiction and mental health.
Qualifications:
- · For Licensed and Certified Counselors (LCADC, CADC, LPC, LAC, LSW, or LCSW):
· Current and valid licensure/certification in counseling or related field.
· Experience in addiction and mental health counseling preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· For Counselor Interns (Masters Level):
· Enrollment in a master's level counseling program.
· Strong desire to gain experience in addiction and mental health treatment.
· Ability to work under supervision and willingness to learn.
· Spanish-speaking abilities preferred.
