High Point Partial Care is seeking a skilled and passionate Admissions/Intake Coordinator to join our Outreach & Admissions Department. Reporting to the Program Director, the Admissions/Intake Coordinator will perform a variety of crucial tasks related to screening, assessment, admissions, intake, programming, and networking for both the Substance Abuse and Mental Health outpatient programs.
Duties:
- Receive and screen referrals from outside agencies, families, or clients to assess for appropriate level of care placement and schedule intakes
- Engage and orient all new clients into the program
- Complete thorough NJSAMS Intake Assessments with SUD clients and Comprehensive Mental Health Intakes with MH clients
- Obtain client records from collateral agencies after releases are signed
- Coordinate events for our MH & SUD clients to boost morale, including Spirit Week, holiday events, community building, and others
- Utilize effective communication to network with collateral agencies and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
- Assist counselors with referral options and community linkages when active clients are in need of additional or alternate services
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active NJ licensure including LSW, LAC
- Experience in substance abuse and co-occurring treatment
- Ability to conduct thorough bio-psycho-social assessments
- Experience with ASAM criteria and level of care assessments
- Networking skills and ability to maintain relationships
- Excellent organizational skills
- High energy, a positive nature, and team-oriented approach
- Knowledge of NJSAMS is preferred but not required
- Ability to think creatively

- Clinical supervision towards LCSW/LPC licensure is included free of cost and conducted on-site on a weekly basis for all staff members pursuing their next clinical licensure. Staff members currently pursuing a master's degree are also eligible for internship supervision as well.
- Clinical supervision towards LCADC/CADC licensure is included free of cost on a weekly basis for all staff members who are CADC Interns.
