Responsibilities for In-Community Providers:

• Provide counseling to youth ages 3-21 and their families in the home or in community.
• Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.
• Collaborate with care managers.
• Practice sound clinical and case management judgement.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments (BPS)

Position Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working with youth and families
• Must hold a valid/current practicing clinical license in NJ
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be willing to provide services in the home or in the community with proper PPE.
• Computer literate
• Trauma informed
• Experience working with DD population / Substance Abuse a plus but not required
• TF CBT knowledge a plus but not required
• Child Centered Play Therapy a Plus but not required
• Must be able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment and promote cultural sensitivity and strong leadership skills.

• $55 - $ 70 per hour (DOE)
