Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in a hybrid (in-person + remote) full-time role. As a BCBA, you will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, ensuring effective, evidence-based ABA therapy. You’ll collaborate with caregivers, train staff, analyze data, and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans based on client assessments.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing data analysis to measure progress.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs, caregivers, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Offer remote and in-person support, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification and Utah state licensure.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience in designing behavior intervention plans and conducting ABA therapy.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities for staff/parent training.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in clinical, home-based, or school settings.
• Familiarity with insurance-funded ABA programs and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,471.00 - $91,767.00 per year
