We are currently looking to hire a passionate and service- minded leader to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team! Our ideal applicant will have an HCA/CNA and delegations to be a Medn Tech and have previous experience in an assisted living community.

- Filling other gaps in Caregiver/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts.
- Maintaining Caregiver/Med Tech schedule.
- Assisting with new hire training as assigned by the administration.
- Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart.
- Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies.
- Organize and help with medical transports
- Maintaining shift change notes.
- Communicating regularly with administration.
- Fulfilling other duties as assigned
