Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides clinical services in accordance with scope and license, to patients and their families including but not limited to assessments, psycho-education, process groups, treatment planning, discharge planning and therapeutic counseling support through evidenced based interventions in individual, family and group therapy. Demonstrates competency to provide age appropriate care to adolescent patients (12-18 years of age), adult patients (18 and older, including geriatric patients age 55 years+).

What qualifications you will need:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor(LMFC), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• 2 years experience Required Years of Experience
