Business Integra Inc is seeking a local contract nurse RN Care Manager for a local contract nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts.

Parking Reimbursement: $250/ Every Month in the first pay Cheque
Schedule: 4x10hr day shifts (40 hrs/week), no set day off, every 6th weekend, no major holidays.
Unit: Menino 7 West – MS/Tele, Stroke & Med/Surg patients.
Required Experience: 3+ years in Med/Surg with strong knowledge of acute inpatient care, MS practice patterns, and assessment of physical/mental impairment. Familiarity with treatment protocols, benefit plans, and eligibility requirements.
Preferred Experience: 5+ years in Utilization Management (UM) & Case Management (CM); EPIC proficiency.
Required Certification: BSN
Preferred Certification: CCM or related
Role Overview: Case Manager will manage care for 18–22 patients using a collaborative process to ensure quality, cost-effective outcomes. Responsibilities include care planning, resource utilization, LOS management, and using InterQual & Medicare inpatient lists to determine medical necessity.
