In this role you will:

Assess a large volume of phone calls and requests, both clinical and non-clinical in nature while providing superior customer service and maintaining a one call resolution standard.
Schedule appointments, handle rescheduling and cancellations.
Participate in team planning meetings
Provide friendly Customer Service
Enter new client data
Handle complex or confidential situations
Handle client concerns

Requirements:

Professional and friendly presentation
Proficiency in English
Results-driven and patient
A high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Accepts training, correction, and feedback well
Must have experience with professional phone scheduling, must be proficient with phone, email and text correspondence
Prior experience in an office setting
Must have knowledge of how insurance carriers work
Experience or general knowledge of learning disabilities and behavioral issues is a plus.
Ability to commute to the Manalapan and Shrewsbury office
