Mental Health Therapist- Job Summary
Why You Will Love Working With EWC:

Competitive salary: Base $73,000-$82,000+ up to $5,000 for Performance Bonus dependent on experience in the field, schedule availability, and specialties.
Schedule: Evenings and Weekends availability (preferred) - 4 Day Work Week Option
Locations: Shrewsbury/Manalapan (combination of locations available).
Compensation package includes: Health benefits, 401k 3% Match, Paid Time Off starting at 24 days/year.

Administrative support: Our full-time administrative team will handle all of the intake calls, scheduling, billing, and any other annoying questions that you DO NOT want to deal with!

Continued support: We offer a weekly new hire training to support you during your on-boarding, weekly case consultation and are available clinically to you for any support needed. We also have a lawyer on call when we need to deal with well, you know those things we HATE dealing with!
Ongoing Training: We will provide you with all of the tools you need to be successful in doing your best. This includes specialized yearly trainings. We completed GOTTMAN LEVEL 1 training.

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

As a Mental Health Therapist with EWC, you’ll have the opportunity to work with clients in the following ways:

Provide individual therapy to clients and include collaterals when appropriate.
Provide group therapy if the therapist has group therapy experience and is interested in running a group.
Create a treatment plan for clients, with ongoing modifications based on client progress in therapy.
Prepare clients for the completion of their treatment.
Act as a client advocate and liaison with community resources and other providers when needed.

Here’s what EWC is seeking:

New Jersey licensed as LPC/LCSW/LMFT (Required).
Candidates with experience in kids ages 10+ (Preferred).
A great personality who can engage easily and offer care to our awesome clients.
A hard-working, caring human who is willing to see at least 32 clients (FT) per week.
Someone who is responsible, a team player, and looking to grow and learn.

Requirements:

Satisfactory completion of professional references.
Education: Master's (Required)
License/Certification: New Jersey LCSW/LPC/LMFT (Required)
