NJ Home Health Care is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with home care experience. The coordinator will handle incoming calls from clients and aides. They will be responsible for developing a relationship with each client and problem-solving customer service issues. They will oversee the client's care, schedule, and matching home health aides with our clients. You will work closely with the HR rep, RN, and the Intake coordinator.

Essential Functions

• Communicate with clients and aides and accommodate requests
• Problem solve and troubleshoot issues with HHA
• Coordinate care with client, HHA (home health aide), and RN
• Assign and Schedule appropriate HHAs that match our clients’ needs
• Maintain staffing needs
• Help grow caseloads

Qualifications

• Must have home care coordination experience
• Must speak English and Spanish
• Must be computer literate
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
