Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Broward area. In this role, you will work directly with children in-home and in-school settings, implementing individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy programs as directed by the BCBA
• Provide one-on-one therapy with children on the autism spectrum
• Collect and document data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development of treatment goals and plans
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers about client progress and goals
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year of experience working with children, preferably in a clinical or ABA setting (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients, families, and team members
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation for local travel to client sites
